From field to container
Basmati 1121 is grown in the alluvial plains of Punjab and Haryana, where the climate and soil produce the variety's signature aroma. We source directly from mills in Ambala, Karnal, and Amritsar — each lot is traceable to the harvest date and mill batch.
After ageing in controlled warehouses for 12–18 months, the rice is steam-processed, polished, and graded before containerisation.
