COMPLIANCE

Paperwork ready before the container is.

Documentation is the most common reason a food shipment is held at the border. We prepare the full set against your destination's requirements and share drafts for approval before loading.

[02] FOOD SAFETY & QUALITY ASSURANCE

From farmgate to container, tested at every gate.

1Facility licensing

Every sourcing facility holds a valid FSSAI licence. We verify licence numbers and expiry dates before placing orders.

2Pre-shipment sampling

Composite samples drawn per agreed methodology. Sealed, labelled and dispatched to accredited laboratories for analysis.

3Lab testing

Parameters tested against the buyer's specification and destination-country MRL limits: moisture, aflatoxin, pesticide residue, heavy metals, microbiological counts.

4Certificate issuance

Lab reports, phytosanitary certificates, health certificates and certificates of origin prepared and shared as drafts before loading.

5Verified before loading

No shipment moves until every certificate is signed, every test passes, and the buyer approves the draft document set.
